The room was okay, but the door had holes, and in the morning we found a large spider inside. There was a hole in the sink pipe too, so water went everywhere when we washed our hands. Noise came from all around, and you might not get a good night's sleep every day. The location is good, but for the price it wasn't worth it, especially without a pool or breakfast. We were supposed to be picked up when we arrived, but waited about an hour without seeing a taxi, so we booked one ourselves. At reception, an older woman didn't speak English, which made communication very difficult.

100 Euro went missing from my room during my stay. When I raised it, management wouldn't help with any investigation. Instead, they kept insisting that I must have lost it myself. Their dismissive response and the lack of basic security left me feeling very unsafe. It was a distressing experience, and I can't recommend this place to anyone expecting honesty and professional service. Please be careful with your belongings here.

Great value in the best corner of Sairee Beach. The rooms are nice, with good beds, bathrooms, and WiFi. It's a convenient spot, but surprisingly quiet despite being close to the Walking street and bars.

We had a lovely daytime visit to Palm Leaf Resort, Koh Tao. The sunset was amazing, and both the food and service were great. Om was especially welcoming and kind, and meeting his family made it even more special. We're very grateful and would definitely recommend stopping by.

Some rooms are only average, and there's nothing fancy about the hotel without a sea view. Still, it has what you need, and you can rent scooters. We were lucky enough to spend our last night in a sea-view bungalow. The spot right on the beach is top notch.
