Naing, the young chef and talented photographer, brought so much creativity and good energy, while Keen at the bar made wonderful cocktails and greeted us with a big smile. The owner was warm and generous too, personally inviting us for a night out and taking us to one of the most unforgettable dinners we've ever had. All the staff made us feel like family. We spent four weeks traveling around the Thai islands, and this was easily our favorite resort. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, and the food and cocktails were delicious at very fair prices. We had some of the best meals of our trip. The beach felt like a natural aquarium, with clear water and colorful sea life just metres from shore. It was a dream for snorkeling, diving, and underwater photography. Poseidon Resort felt like a calm, lively little piece of heaven, and we'll never forget it.

The beach location is nice, and the food was okay, with some effort put into making it look good. But the fresh juice was awful, loaded with so much sugar that I couldn't drink it, and they refused to replace it. Service left me disappointed too. We even had to write down our own order.

We didn't stay here, but had dinner at the beach restaurant. The marlin they'd caught that afternoon was superb, and the seafood was some of the best I've ever had. It was the best meal of my time in Thailand. With a view across Tanote bay, the setting made for a perfect evening in paradise.

We only came to eat, and the restaurant has been our favorite meal in Thailand so far. Our group tried several different dishes, and everything was amazingly good. Sitting in paradise with a view of the sea made it even better.

To Mae, Naing, Mr Van, and everyone at Poseidon Resort, we still remember the laughs, the warm smiles each day, the delicious Thai food, and those mango-smile smoothies. This was such a joyful, unforgettable stay, and we're glad we did our research and chose your little piece of paradise. We especially miss Naing, whose lovely smile made us feel welcome every day and whose sense of humor kept us laughing. We're so fond of that special time and of all of you.
