We've stayed here twice in two years, and it's still a modern, clean hotel that feels new. The staff wear bright, cheerful colors. We paid more for a sea-view room, and the view was worth it in daylight and at night. I'd suggest a higher floor. We were on the 18th, the top floor, and could even see Koh Larn in the distance. The hotel isn't on Pattaya Beach itself, but it's about a 200-meter walk away. There's plenty of nearby food and places to spend time, and Terminal 21 is an easy walk just behind the hotel. The restaurant is spacious, new, and clean, with lots of choices, including an egg station, noodle bar, and extensive buffet. The food tasted good, though not outstanding. The pool was clear and clean, with a kids' slide and a lifeguard on duty. The room felt small, especially with an extra bed, which left barely enough room to walk around. There's no bathtub either. With one, it would be perfect. Still, it's one of my favorite Pattaya hotels, and I'd recommend it, especially for a family trip.

Keen welcomed us with a smile, explained everything clearly, and upgraded our room. We were really impressed with her attentive service, and the other staff were just as active and friendly. The hotel's location is great, only a five-minute walk from Terminal 21. There are enough things to do for a fun stay, including a big, clean pool, fitness facilities, water-yoga activities, and billiards. It's also a very nice, affordable hotel. We'll definitely come back next time we're in Pattaya!

The reception staff member pongpang was friendly and accommodating. The hotel exterior looks modern, and the pool is a good size with baby grass. Our room was tidy, a comfortable size, and smelled nice. Great value for the price.

We spent two weeks here with my Thai wife and family, and would happily return. It's a clean, thoughtfully laid out place with an excellent pool area and friendly people throughout. The rooms are arranged well and cleaned thoroughly every day. Breakfast had plenty of choice for everyone. The location feels away from Pattaya's madness, while still being on the Beach Rd Baht Bus route and a two-minute walk from Terminal One Shopping Mall. Nothing was too much trouble for staff in any department. For service, facilities, and staff, it beat a major competitor we'd stayed with before, at half the price. A real family gem, and I'd recommend it.

Tong made the stay especially welcoming and easy. He was friendly, helpful, and available whenever I needed something, from a smooth check-in to local tips. My room was clean and comfortable, and looked just like the photos. The location also made it easy to get around. Thanks, Tong, for the great hospitality. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting pattaya.
