For the price, it’s what you’d expect. It’s nowhere near five-star, but if you just need somewhere cheap, clean, simple, and well located, this is gold. The staff are great and really friendly. A sea-view room faces a super noisy road, though that isn’t the hotel’s fault.

The location is great, bang opposite the beach, with everything around. What I loved most was the staff and how quickly they responded. The receptionist PONGSARUN was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, and made me feel valued. Since we were booked for four days, he thoughtfully gave us a large room at check-in. Unfortunately, its air-conditioning wasn’t working, so he moved us promptly. The AC in the second room had issues as well 😅😅. We were tired and didn’t want to move to a third room, so we managed without complaining. The rooms and furnishings need some maintenance, and they could use better ventilation and fans since the ACs mostly don’t work. Still, PONGSARUN and the staff’s promptness made a difference. Highly recommended!

The 4th-floor Seaview room is large and has great views of the beach ⛱️ and ocean. The staff are great. Highly recommend.

It’s very clean with excellent service, and there are eateries and a 7eleven nearby. The location is excellent, just steps from the beach. I highly recommend it.

We paid for a room online, then were talked into upgrading to one with a better view. Later that night, water began leaking from the bathroom ceiling right above the toilet. The staff didn’t seem concerned and never offered us another room. Changing rooms and staying another night would have cost more per night, so we checked out and left. They need to do better.
