We had a pleasant stay at Sairee Hut Resort, largely because of the location and welcoming staff. It’s easy to get to the beach, the restaurant on site was good, and the talking birds you pass on the way there were a fun touch. The rooms could use more upkeep, and ours could have been cleaner. There were no drawers or cabinets for clothes, so we had to leave everything in our luggage. Even with those inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay.

I’d stay here again, but only if I could get one of the newer rooms. Mine was on the 3rd floor and felt perfect, with a lovely balcony and a comfortable bed made extra cosy by a thick mattress protector. The layout was thoughtful too: plenty of lighting choices and plugs, a large safe that could hold a laptop, and a wardrobe area that kept clothes out of the main space. Having breakfast on the beach was lovely. Thanks for a delightful stay!

I stayed in the new building and had a spacious room with a huge bed and everything new. The beach is just 20 seconds away, and the pools are very nice. Bars, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets are all within walking distance, and the free shuttle to the pier was really helpful. This place deserves a better rating.

Breakfast is included and runs from 7:30 to 11:00, and there’s a free shuttle to the pier. If you book directly with the hotel for a second stay, they give you a 10% discount. The service was kind and lovely. The front beach can get a little crowded, though, with people walking by stopping for photos or to wander through the hotel.

Fantastic location, spotless comfortable rooms, and the Burmese staff really made the resort special. They were always so friendly. The large pool was closed, but that didn’t matter much with the beach right there and another small, deep pool. They even gave us money to use around the resort. Thank you very much!!x
