Daniel made us feel looked after from the start. He explained how the hotel was organized when we arrived, checked in now and then to see if we needed anything, and was especially supportive when our seven-year-old son became ill. He was ready to help, and being able to talk with him in our mother tongue so far from home meant a lot. We stayed with our family from 02.01.26 to 15.01.26 and were impressed by the excellent service. The hotel is right on the shore, with amazing views. Our spacious, tidy, comfortable room had air-conditioning and was cleaned daily. The common areas were nicely arranged, the large pools were clean, and there were sunbeds for everyone. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of different foods, fresh fruit, and a variety of drinks. Everyone was kind and helpful, from the gardeners, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to restaurant staff, reception, and the front door team. I can’t name them all, but I’ll remember their kindness and cheerful smiles. There’s also a massage service at the hotel. We’re leaving Phuket and Thailand with beautiful memories of BWP Bangtao. We recommend staying here and hope to return soon. Thank you very much!

We’ve just had an amazing three-week stay. The New Year’s Eve celebrations were first class, with Joanna as a fantastic master of ceremonies. Everyone at the hotel was wonderful. Golf greeted us when we arrived and was courteous and helpful throughout our visit. The restaurant team were always helpful too, especially Phet, who we grew very fond of. Tes at reception was so kind, helpful, and always smiling. She made our stay even better. Our room was cleaned every day and always spotless, and the spa was relaxing and professional. Breakfast and the restaurant food were delicious, with plenty of choices each day. The location was perfect, a few steps from the beach and near great restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful time at Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

The whole family is grateful to the team for making our October 2025 holiday memorable. Golf, the doorman we first met, was outstanding, with a charming smile and polite manner. He helped with shopping, excursions, the pharmacy, and other things. Daniel, the front desk manager, was also kind, always ready to sort out problems and give good advice. From reception to room service, kitchen, and security, the crew were polite and highly professional. It’s a quiet, cozy place close to recreation and shopping, with direct access to Bangtao beach. The location is convenient, and the people really make the hotel. Many thanks and much respect from Qazaqstan. 👏♥️👍

The rooms are thoughtfully laid out and appointed, and the on-site restaurant is nice, with excellent breakfast and lunch options. There are also excellent restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel has a huge stretch of beachfront access directly onto bangtao beach. One drawback: blocks 4 and 5 are farther back and don’t have a lift, so check that before booking.
