Sairee View Resort

Andrew made our two nights here especially enjoyable. He was warm, full of useful information about the island, and even showed us how to ride a moped. The whole resort is clearly kept in immaculate condition, and our room was just right. They also left us bottled water each day. Snacks and drinks were available outside working hours too, on an easy trust system where you leave your room number and pay at checkout. After checking out, we could still rent a bike through the resort for a few more days, and Andrew continued helping us out. This was our nicest stay on Koh Tao. Thanks to everyone at Sairee View Resort, I hope to see you again.

Andrew was the highlight of our three nights in Koh Tao. The resort sits up a pretty steep hill, so he gave my boyfriend a free lesson of about 20 minutes on a motorbike, then rented us one at a good price without asking for a deposit. He was helpful the whole time and shared lots of tips. The views are lovely, and our room felt modern and nice compared with other places we've stayed. The shower was separate from the bathroom, which you don't often see in Thailand. We'd happily recommend staying here. Thanks, Andrew!

One thing to know is that the road up to the resort is quite steep, so I imagine you'd need some moped experience to ride up. You can also take a taxi to and from Sairee town. We had a relaxing five-night stay with beautiful views. Andrew, the manager and host, was so friendly and helpful and made the visit even better. We loved our time in Koh Tao. Andrew is a lot of fun and always seems glad to do extra for his guests. The staff are so helpful that it almost feels like being with family. I couldn't have asked for a better stay at Sairee View Resort. Thanks, guys, maybe I'll come by again sometime!
