We stayed for more than a week and were really happy. The location is central, and the room was comfortable, with a TV and air conditioning. When we had a problem, the nice manager at reception took care of it very quickly. Thank you, everything was perfect 😊

The location is great, and for the price I was very comfortable. I had a private room with air conditioning, and everything was good. My experience may depend on the room, since other comments mention broken doors and no AC, but I didn't run into those problems.

The 7/11 right across the street was especially handy for snacks, essentials, or another bottle of water, and getting around the island was easy. My wife and I stayed here while taking a scuba course on Koh Tao. We spent most of our time diving or exploring, so we just wanted somewhere clean, comfortable, and straightforward, and it suited us well. The rooms are basic but tidy and well maintained, with what we needed for a good rest after a long day in the water. The owner was a sweet, accommodating lady, and let us check in late without any trouble. For a budget stay focused on diving or island adventures, this was a convenient place to come back to.

The water went off a couple of times during my stay, but it was fixed fairly quickly. Staff were friendly, and there's a free drinking water dispenser. The sea isn't far away, either. It's much cheaper than other private rooms on Koh Tao and perfectly acceptable. The bed was comfortable, the room was big, and there are nice shared balconies where you can smoke or watch the world go by. You can't expect a Hilton-standard room at this price, but I couldn't ask for much more.

The room was lovely and the location was great. Everything else was fantastic, though there wasn't a holder for the shower head.
