We came back to Villa Seaview Garden for a second stay with friends, and Raine was just as lovely and attentive, always ready to help. Apartment 1 worked perfectly for our five adults. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and water was topped up when needed. We also really liked the pool area and the peaceful surroundings. Scooters make getting around easier, as many places are a bit far away. Mae Haad, the pier, and a few restaurants are still within walking distance.

Raine made things easy from the moment we arrived. She was friendly, welcoming, quick to answer questions, and had useful local suggestions for places to visit around Koh Tao. The villa was spotless and well cared for, with everything we needed to feel at home. It was a peaceful place to stay, and the hospitality made our trip special. I’d highly recommend it.

There were seven of us from two families, and the room arrangement worked really well, with a bathroom for each. Raine was a wonderful host and shared lots of helpful tips, from places to eat and get a massage to scooter hire. We had a fabulous time and highly recommend staying here.

We spent eight nights here and really enjoyed it. The pool is big and deep, which was a nice change from a regular pool, and the view over Sairee is beautiful. Our host was very helpful with tips on shopping and food. The road up is a little narrow, but by Koh Tao standards it was easy compared with some of the other roads. Thanks for a great stay!
