I stayed for two weeks from January into early February. I work in hospitality, so this is my fair take on the place. The family running it would go out of their way to help with anything, and greeted me morning and evening with a huge smile. I still remember those smiles. I was on the top floor. The stairs could be awkward if you have heavy bags or find stairs difficult, though the owner helped me when I arrived. The room was very nice, with a lovely mountain view and a good spot to watch the world go by. It's just off the busy main road, so nights were fairly quiet. Everything worked well: AC, shower, fridge, kettle, and even an umbrella for rainy season. They can arrange trips and scooter rentals at reception, and laundry was 70 baht per kilo. I was pleased to get it back freshly scented and perfectly ironed. The bed was nice, if a bit firm for me, and I slept okay. After I got a tattoo in my last few days, I mentioned it and they gave me darker towels just in case. Those little touches made the stay special. My one gripe was the card fee. I asked beforehand whether to pay by cash or card, and they said either was fine, so I didn't exchange money before arriving. After paying by card, I was told there was a 3.5% fee. Please let people know ahead of time. Otherwise, everything was amazing and I'll stay here again. Looking forward to seeing you soon. Take care 🙏🙏🙏

What stood out was how attentive the staff were. We had a terrible first night because the bed was extremely firm, so we told the hotel. They took it well, and later that day had added a thick mattress topper, which made a big difference for the rest of our stay. One of my t-shirts also blew off the balcony, and staff found it and returned it to me. The room was clean, with a nice shower and complimentary bottled water. The hotel is a little farther from the pier than some other places, but still walkable for us. The pool was a nice extra, and we had a pleasant stay overall.

The family who run the place made our stay easy. They're kind, friendly people, and helped sort out travel plans and restaurant suggestions. We also rented motorbikes there, and the pool was great. Our room was very comfortable. I love Ao Nang and will definitely come back. We know where we'll stay next time. Highly recommended.

The staff were so accommodating. When I said the bed felt a bit hard, they kindly brought me a mattress topper. They also booked a trip and taxi for us and arranged a scooter for much less than we'd found while walking around. The room was comfortable, quiet, and dark, so we slept really well. We got water each day, and the room was cleaned when we asked. The pool area was peaceful and a nice place to relax. Great location, friendly staff, and I'd recommend it 10/10.

We loved staying here. The owners were incredibly kind, especially the lady, who was lovely and genuinely helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had AC. The whole place felt warm and almost magical. Highly recommended!
