You can’t get much more central in Krabi town: 7 eleven is a one-minute walk away, the black crab night market is three minutes away, and the ferry pier takes five minutes on foot. Our room was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed staying here. The lift is handy with bags or for anyone with mobility issues. Good air conditioning and friendly staff. I’d happily return.

The price and location are very good, with everything nearby. The room looked lovely at first, had plenty of drinking water and a locked safe, but the cleaning didn’t hold up close: black hairs in the bathroom, crumbs around the bed, something sticky on the bathroom door, and dried toothpaste around the sink. The air conditioner is in an awkward spot and blows right at you while you sleep. Twice we asked reception about connections or transfers and were simply sent to the information place across the street. For a two-night stay it’s okay if you can overlook those little things.

I was on the top floor and had no noise issues. The location is very good, and the staff seemed nice, though I didn’t need to deal with them since nothing went wrong. I stayed two nights and they left water bottles outside. The only issue was a bad smell near the elevator sometimes. Maybe they should put more water in the drain of the nearby toilet. Otherwise, great.

The room was large, with a balcony and good facilities, and the location is very good, right by the night market. There aren’t many power sockets, and the room lighting is quite dim. Staff were friendly and helped arrange a taxi to the airport.
