Dao was especially kind and welcoming, always ready to help us, and her service is why I'd happily visit again. The hotel was clean, comfortable, well maintained, conveniently located, and had a relaxing feel. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. One manager, though, spoke to customers in a way that felt rude and unhelpful, which took away from the experience. I hope the hotel improves customer service in that area. The rest of our stay was enjoyable, and I'm grateful for the hospitality.

We went up to the rooftop bar to watch the sunset and have a cocktail. Ao Nang beach is a short walk away, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We had a brilliant stay through a Tui holiday, and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast had a great range, including a station where fresh omelettes and eggs were cooked. We'd definitely come back.

During my three weeks traveling around thailand, this was one of the best hotels I stayed at. The price, food, and facilities were all great. It’s a five-minute walk to Ao Nang Beach, and the rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was a fresh buffet. I had afternoon meals at the ground-floor cafe, where they were very accommodating about my allergy. I also enjoyed cocktails during the two happy hours at the rooftop pool.

The rooftop pool was stunning, especially at sunset, and the beach is only a short walk away. Staff were helpful with day tours and suggestions for places to visit. The rooms and hallways feel a bit dated, with an early-2000s look, but it's a great affordable option in Ao Nang, slightly away from the busy beach walkway.
