Krabi City View Hotel

The internet could use improvement, especially in the room, and there’s no elevator. We were on the fourth floor, but after my motorcycle accident the staff thoughtfully offered us a room one floor down. We slept really well. The room was spacious, the service was lovely, and the location puts you right in the middle of town. I liked having free coffee all day, water at reception, and even bananas. It was a very positive stay, and I’d happily recommend the place.

For the price, the rooms were really good and the hotel felt well worth it. It’s in town rather than by the beach, and getting to Ao Nang costs around 500 baht. There’s no elevator or staff to carry your luggage, and it isn’t a luxury hotel, but the value was great.

The hostess was wonderful and really helpful. The place was clean and decent, and the location was very good. She helped us rent a scooter and arrange trips around Krabi.

The staff were so friendly and helped me sort out a problem with topping up my phone. I’m sorry I didn’t get the staff member’s name. The hotel is right in the city center, within walking distance of most shopping malls, the night market, and a convenience store. My room was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the water pressure and hot water were just what I needed. I had a great experience, and I’m grateful for the hospitality.
