This is a very old hotel. There was no staff for service, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. The only person in the whole hotel who responded positively was Ms. Yada. Everyone else was very rude and didn’t respond to anything. The massage centre was the worst. They don’t have their own therapists and bring in random outsourced ones when needed. We booked a massage ahead of time for convenience, but when we arrived, nobody was there. Since the therapists are outsourced, they don’t seem concerned with giving a good experience. We booked 60 minutes, but for the first 40 they just applied oil and rubbed randomly. When we questioned them after waiting 40 minutes, they said the time was over. We raised it with the hotel staff at reception, but they sided with the therapist and were ready to fight us together. If we’d kept arguing, they seemed ready to attack us. There was no sense of safety at all. Please research carefully and think twice before booking this hotel.

The owner was kind and attentive, and we enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and had a balcony with a city view. Breakfast choices were limited, but enough, and there’s also an in-house restaurant. They even prepared breakfast for us early in the morning when we left to catch our flight from Krabi Airport. I really appreciated that.

We could walk everywhere from this perfect location, close to everything. The room was good, though the shower leaked and left the toilet soaked every time we bathed. I recommend it!

We booked at the last minute, which was super easy. The room was clean, nice and cool. The walls are thin, so you can hear the TV in other rooms, but aside from that, it was an amazing stay.

A decent little no-frills hotel in a prime spot in Krabi town. We had some trouble with the AC, but the staff were accommodating and made the stay pleasant. The beds were a bit hard, though the good pillows helped. Breakfast was good too.
