Leisure Hostel

We loved how laid back the hostel felt, with people relaxing, reading, or having a beer. The rooftop bar is great, and the barman makes the best caipirinha I've had outside of Brazil. It's on a quiet little street, but near night markets, piers, shops, and more. Staff were lovely and helped us book day trips, with great offers to lots of places, and our onward travel. Free tea and coffee, biscuits, and beautifully cold water refills were nice too. We had a private room. It was basic and dark, with little natural light, but it did what we needed since we were only there at night. The rooms are worn and a bit shabby, but clean and do the job. Air con worked great. Beds were firm, but that's standard. Beware the bidets, they're powerful enough to nearly take off some important bits!

The whole team was kind and helpful, and everything felt well organized from check-in through check-out. The rooms, beds, and common areas were spotless, and the fast, reliable Wi-Fi made it easy to plan my next stop and stay in touch with family. The amenities made for a very comfortable stay. For the cleanliness, service, and amenities, the price was excellent value. This is easily the best place I've stayed, and I'd highly recommend it to travelers who care about comfort and good service. Thanks to the whole team for making my time here memorable.

This was probably our favorite hostel of all the places we stayed during our Thailand trip. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and really made our stay better. Transfers, activities, and bike rentals are available at affordable prices. There are laundry machines on site too, which was so convenient for us backpacking. Highly recommend!

The rooms were comfortable, but you can hear noise through the walls. We booked a twin, which just means they combine two rooms, and each bed can sleep a couple. The building's architecture is a bit odd, like remnants of a local cinema, and there are lots of unexpected steps, so watch out. The location is superb, the service is good, and the vibe is nice. If you're over 30 like us, you'll feel extremely old around all the early-20s backpackers. They all seem nice, though, the kind who'd choose Krabi over the louder Ao Nang.
