I was left without shelter for two nights, and that was my last money. I arrived expecting a confirmed stay, but there was no valid booking or accommodation, and nobody took responsibility. This was one of the worst places I've ever dealt with. OYO 682 Fishering Home apparently ended its partnership with OYO, yet Booking.com and OYO are still advertising and selling it as an operating hotel. The property has written confirmation that it doesn't accept OYO bookings and says it isn't responsible for overbookings or other problems caused by OYO. For a refund, you're given a piece of paper with phone numbers and told to handle it yourself. I trusted Booking.com and OYO to check their listings, and that trust was completely broken. There was no apology, support, or emergency help, just abandonment. This could have ended much worse than sleeping on a beach. Advertising a place that no longer works with OYO is misleading at best and dangerous at worst. Travelers may arrive tired, late, and carrying their luggage, only to end up without a place to stay. This isn't a small mistake, it's gross negligence. Do NOT book or trust this listing. Booking.com and OYO should remove it immediately.

There was no one at the property when we arrived, and the place was completely closed. Signs at the entrance said the hotel no longer works with OYO or Booking and doesn't accept online reservations. We had a confirmed booking and had already paid, but received no service and no offer of another place. We sent photos as proof. Neither Booking nor the bank accepted responsibility.

They still show up on Booking and Oyó, but at check-in they wanted us to cancel, request a refund, then pay again in cash. Check the earlier reviews. It was a terrible, difficult experience, and they barely speak any English. Don't come here, find somewhere else. They should stop taking reservations and sort this out first.

We're supposed to stay here tonight. Just leaving this review in case you're thinking of booking through Agoda, Booking.com, or another platform: you'll have to pay in cash anyway and then ask the platform for a refund. I've attached a photo of the note explaining it.

The apartment was fine, but during January 2026 I had to pay cash at the accommodation and then ask Booking for a refund. Pretty annoying. Don't book online, contact the place directly.
