The rooftop pool was nice, but the bar was closed on the Monday night we stayed. The hotel is modern and clean, with AC, though it has no Thai character or charm. It works for a night or two if a clean, modern place is what you want. It’s about 1km outside Krabi town centre, and the walk in is uneven and not very interesting. Our road-side room was noisy. A 4th-floor room away from the road should be okay.

Service was bad, especially at the front desk. The employees didn’t seem professional and didn’t understand English. The lift was out of order at checkout, so we had to carry our luggage down from the 4th floor ourselves using the stairs. It felt like choosing a cheap hotel meant we had to suffer.

Really professional staff and fantastic service. I loved the rooftop pool and bar, and the drinks were reasonably priced. Thank you THE SEENS HOTLE.

There isn’t much around the hotel. There’s a 7/11 across the road and a handful of food carts, but the night market and other action are a good 15 minute walk away along an uninteresting route. I couldn’t find a scooter to hire while I was there. The rooftop pool was good, though it was a bit noisy outside my room.

We had a lovely stay, with a comfortable bed, powerful and quiet airco, good WiFi, television and a great shower. Our room was on the 4th floor and had a balcony for smokers, plus a good view. When we arrived, we realized we’d booked the wrong month. After we hit a brick wall at Agoda, the lovely lady at reception sorted it all out for us at the same price. Her help added to an already lovely hotel and stay. Thanks!
