Oblique Apartment

So far, things have been great, and I'm looking forward to my month here. I needed somewhere at short notice, and the service was great. My room is clean and furnished, with a TV, fridge, and air-con. It costs ฿8000 for a one-month contract. There's also a same-size unfurnished option for ฿5000 on a one-year contract, with air-conditioning but no fridge, TV, or cupboard. Free gym membership across the road is included, and there's coin laundry on the ground floor. The room gets cleaned once a week, which helps make up for it not being the cheapest option. Electricity and water aren't included. Electricity is ฿8 per unit, almost double the government rate, so be warned. Water is ฿18 per unit, which isn't that much, really. The security deposit is ฿7000, plus ฿500 for the key card. I was told ฿500 would be taken for cleaning when I leave. There's no cooking range or microwave in the room, though there's a shared microwave downstairs.

Clean and reasonably priced, with a fitness center, coffee shop, laundry machine, and convenience store nearby. CCTV and key card access provide security.

The building shows its age, but the owner has kept it up well and done their best to make it look and feel new.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The place is clean, modern, and reasonably priced.
