Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort

We explored Ao Nang Beach at our own pace on a hotel scooter, which we rented for two days. It took under 15 minutes to get to Ao Nang Night Market, and riding around was a highlight. I was stung by a jellyfish during an excursion on day two. When I got back, staff arranged for a clinic visit and took care of the pickup and return trip after the appointment. Their quick help made a rough situation much easier. I was there with friends from 13-15/1/2026, and we had a great stay. The room was comfortable and nice, with a bathtub on the balcony, though our busy excursions meant we didn't get much time to enjoy it. Breakfast was gorgeous, and I especially liked getting hot milk tea from the machine each morning. Great service and accommodations, and I'd love to return soon.

Right by the beach, this is a beautiful resort with lovely landscaping, well-kept rooms, and helpful staff. Ground-floor rooms have an extra verandah. The toilets are a bit tight. The three pools and surrounding seating are thoughtfully arranged, and the cafe has attractive covered, semi-covered, and open seating, including spots right by the sea. Vegetarian choices were almost nonexistent, just hash browns and vegetables. They should add more options for Indian guests. The resort is 6 km from Ao Nang and runs a shuttle there every two hours, handy for shopping and joining most tours. It wasn't running on December 31 or January 1 when we visited, which was inconvenient. Tuk-tuks charged a steep 300 to 600 baht. All in all, it's a good place and I highly recommend it, with those suggestions for management.

For 6,000 THB, our one night for two adults and one child came with a good location and lots of facilities: three pools, table tennis, massages, and plenty of room to walk around. Breakfast had a nice Thai and European spread, and chefs made fresh eggs like omelettes to order. For the rooms and facilities, four stars feels fair. I think the hotel deserves another chance. But the pools were dirty, and some staff were rude about extra services, even when we just asked for another key card. Hospitality felt like a Ryanair flight, with everything treated as an extra and the whole experience feeling transactional. Only scratch-card sales were missing. I hope the staff start treating customers like guests.

Right by the water, this was just the right spot for us, close enough to town but away from the chaos. A free shuttle made several stops to and from town every day, which was so convenient. Everyone was kind and helpful, and our room was very neat. Breakfast was included in our package and was amazing, with fresh fruit, smoothies, and lots more every morning. The perfect place for us, and it'll be our go-to when we're in Krabi. Couldn't recommend it more.
