The staff, mostly women, were polite and helpful, and they let us check in early. They also arranged a motorbike rental and helped us keep the bike for more than 24 hours, calling the rental guy for us. He was nice too and returned my passport without any trouble when I brought the bike back. The bike rental deposit in Krabi was the only downside: you have to leave either your passport or 3k Baht, which everyone seemed to require. The room itself was clean, the air conditioning cooled it quickly, and the washroom was clean with a hot water shower.

The rooms were clean and nice, but there was very little soundproofing. Noise carried from neighboring rooms, slamming doors in the alley, and footsteps overhead.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the place was affordable. They also offer washing and drying service.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The hospitality was very poor, the owner was rude, and there was no view. We had a water shortage and no arrangements were made, so there wasn't even water for a shower.

The service was very good, with daily room cleaning and water provided each day. The place was comfortable and nice. My only negative was that there was no dryer in the room.
