The room itself was clean, tiny, and furnished, with nothing to complain about there. But one thing made my stay terrible: “ SCAMMER”. At check-in, the lady asked for a 500 bath deposit. She had me pay outside the office and told me not to enter, where there was a camera with a clear view. When I checked out, I asked for the deposit and the same lady said she hadn't received it. After a while another lady checked the camera. We argued for 15-30 mins, then the first lady pulled 500bath from her pocket and handed it to me with a very angy attitude. I don't understand how they could do that and act like they were telling the truth. I don't think the owner can keep running the business with this kind of staff.

My accommodation had been booked and confirmed, but they still told me there was no vacancy. The staff were rude, completely unhelpful, and didn't speak English. Awful experience. I'd never go near this hotel again.
