It was okay.

The room felt peaceful and was reasonably clean, but there were so many geckos inside. Please get rid of them.

It was quiet and felt safe, and the accommodation was clean, though the bed left my back a little sore. The water stopped flowing one morning. The auntie came quickly to apologize, and it was probably an issue with the electrical wires to the automatic pump. There's coffee at breakfast, and there's a restaurant too. The auntie offers a 10% discount if guests eat there, though I didn't go that day. Overall, it was okay, and I'll stop by again if I have business in the area.

This was an outrageous experience, unlike anything I've had in Thailand in 25 years. The room was 1300 THB with no breakfast, and the owner took a 500 THB deposit. At checkout, she returned only 300 THB, saying there would be a smell in the room. We hadn't eaten or smoked in there. Never again.
