Nipa Resort

The staff made our two nights at Nipa Resort feel especially welcoming. From check-in on March 22nd to leaving on March 24th, 2026, they were polite and helpful, whether answering requests, pointing out nearby places, or just greeting us warmly. Their personal attention kept everything easy. We liked the quiet tropical feel, with greenery around the pool, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable after days exploring Phuket. Patong Beach, Bangla Road, and restaurants are close by, but the resort itself was peaceful. The setting and convenient location added a lot to our stay. It was a really pleasant, relaxing visit, and we'd recommend Nipa Resort to couples or anyone wanting a calm place in Patong with thoughtful service. Thanks to all the staff at Nipa, love you all 🥰❤️

The complimentary breakfast had enough for everyone, and the food was really nice. I would have liked more vegetarian choices, though there was still enough for me. The air conditioning was occasionally a little faulty, but it wasn't a real problem overall. The place is very clean, and the friendly staff were always smiling and attentive. They can also arrange taxis and excursions. Definitely recommend!

The room was great and the service gave me no reason to complain. It's centrally located, but the streets aren't noisy. The big pool gets sun for most of the day, so it's a nice place to pause between activities. Laundry and other extras do cost a bit much.

The pool was great, though some guests put towels on the sunbeds at 6 in the morning. That's down to holidaymakers, but I saw a couple of disputes and staff dealt with them straight away. The location worked well: about a 10-minute walk to the beach, with a shuttle there too, and Bangla Road is also around 10 minutes away. The hospital opposite meant plenty of sirens and noise. Still, it's Patong, and noise is everywhere. We stayed for two weeks and had a lovely holiday. The staff worked hard to keep things stress free and sorted out any problems promptly. Our room was bright, modern, comfortable, and tidy. It was cleaned daily when we asked. Breakfast had a good choice of Western dishes, but we mostly went for the Thai food, which changed each day and was very good. Room service and minibar prices seemed reasonable, though we didn't use them. It's a lovely looking hotel with great rooms and really helpful staff. I'd gladly stay again. Thanks for a great holiday!
