Suncity Hotel Pattaya

The whole stay went smoothly, from check-in through check-out, and the staff did a lot to make it pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed. A fantastic hotel with excellent service, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya.

It’s an average place to stay, and Suncity hotel doesn’t feel worth the price. The food was just okay. If you’re traveling internationally, there are better options.

The breakfast wasn’t good: the food quality was poor, there were ants at the coffee station, the cutlery was dirty, and we had to ask for clean bowls. We even found a strand of hair in our food, which was concerning. Some of the other guests were loud all night, making the place unpleasant. We complained several times to the staff and our agent, and eventually they moved us to another room, but that one had more problems. The bathroom door had no lock and the bathroom was clogged, so we had to call staff to fix it. The first room had broken bathroom tiles, ants, and Wi-Fi that never worked. Its lights kept switching on and off by themselves despite the settings being configured properly. Then, at 3 AM, somebody rang our doorbell, the lights went out, and our sleep was disrupted. The facilities were bad from the start. I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Avoid it.

The rooms are just okay, but missing basic things. There should be a hanger in the washroom for clothes, and shower gel, face wash, and moisturizer should be part of the room kit.
