Golden Sea Pattaya Hotel

We arrived at 4am, but check-in wasn’t until 2pm. We asked if we could pay for an extra room, and the receptionist rudely told us to sit on chairs for eight hours, with no empathy at all. We had to book another hotel room for those hours. Staff members were also rude when we asked for things during the stay, as if they didn’t care about guests. Pathetic service for a hotel. My advice is don’t stay here.

Clean rooms, excellent service, and one of the best breakfasts I’ve had here. It’s also close to nightlife and shopping. A great low-cost hotel, and I’d recommend it to anyone after quality at a low price.

The room had a nice feel, but one staff member was arrogant and had no manners. When we lost a mobile phone and asked her for the police number, she didn’t respond. She treated us badly when we were helpless and caused us a lot of inconvenience. Hotel owner, this kind of staff can mislead your business.

The rooms are old and not clean. They’re large, but the facilities aren’t good, and the spring bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom flush didn’t work properly, which was irritating. If you want a comfortable stay, don’t come here.
