It's decent value on average, but the lift stops between floors, so anyone with heavy luggage has to carry it up or down two flights of stairs. The main exit door opens inward, which seems like a poor emergency design and is against safety regulations in most countries.

The room is simple but clean and well kept, with a comfortable bed for the price, working clean AC, a small TV with a clear picture, a hot shower, and a little balcony. Parking is good, both under the roof and right outside, and the staff are friendly. Watch for the tiny signs saying checkout is before 11am, or there's a late checkout fine. You have to be present if you want your room cleaned. It's a bit far from the main road, but works well if you have a vehicle. Good value, and I can recommend it.

The room was clean, though the lobby was hot. The lift is the biggest problem: even after riding it, you still have to take the stairs, which is really difficult with heavy bags.

For 499 baht, it's not bad value. The rooms look nice in the pictures, but there are no glasses in the room.
