Novotel Bangkok Future Park Rangsit

The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel has Buddy services until 9pm to take guests to different wholesale markets and malls. Reception was helpful when we missed the buggy timing, and they quickly came to pick us up from future park mall. The hotel assist was also very helpful, walking me through the booking apps and clearly explaining how to book a car from the hotel lobby.

The breakfast is tasty and well prepared for the price, and the Sports bar is very nice. Khun Champ, Khun Nin, Khun Nid, Khun Khushi, Zoe, and Khun Nurse work nonstop to look after everyone, including at breakfast. Guests are also greeted warmly by Khun Aomsim, Khun An, Khun Nan, Julie, and Khun Mint as they arrive and leave. Khun Piufai and Sherree handle their work very well even when things get stressful, staying attentive and ready to help. Khun Fah is often working mornings and always greets you with a very cute smile. I hope I can invite her to dinner. The chauffeurs are proactive about watching for arriving guests and treat everyone equally. Staff here are very accommodating and keep an eye out for what guests need.

The rooms are spacious, and the staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast has a good selection of food and fruit, though getting coffee takes a while sometimes because you have to order at the counter instead of using a machine outside. The hotel is new and well kept, with the mall within walking distance. They also offer a free golf cart ride there if walking is difficult or you don't want to carry your shopping back. Just call the hotel and they'll send it. There are a couple of restaurants just across the junction.

The location is handy if you're looking for easy access to Future Mall. Everyone was super friendly, the room was cleaned right on time every day, and it was spotless. The breakfast buffet was solid for the price.
