I wouldn’t book this hotel, especially through Agoda. Their cancellation terms give you no flexibility once you’ve booked, and they wouldn’t refund anything, so we lost the payment for all 14 days. We called to sort it out, but the staff were impatient and blamed Agoda. Agoda didn’t help us either, leaving us with no support from either side. With that much money at stake and neither party taking responsibility, I can’t recommend staying here.

Triple Trees combines a hotel and villas, with plenty of parking. It suited us for a one or maybe two night stopover. The toilets and showers are very good, though there are no wardrobes, just a few hangers by the breakfast bar. A 7/11 and a very good buffet restaurant are a short walk away.

Everything was arranged well, and the room was clean and all new. The room staff were very helpful. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a budget hotel away from Bangkok traffic jams.
