For 400 baht a night, it’s good value and a handy place to crash. The location worked well for exploring Lampang, with a night market about a 10-minute walk away and three side streets from the main road. The bed was too hard for us, even though we usually like firm beds. The pillow was extremely firm and quite thick, and we had neck problems during the day. The bathroom also needs a deep clean, there’s mold between the tiles. Clean that up and offer pillow choices, and the place would be perfect for exploring.

The garden was well kept, with several shady spots to sit, and the adjoining coffee shop served fresh complimentary coffee each day, nicely presented. Everyone was friendly. It’s a little outside the tourist area, which probably helped keep things peaceful, and everything was still within walking distance. We asked for an upstairs room and got one. Check-in was efficient, and the owner keeps a close eye on service. She speaks some English. The room was cleaned daily and felt comfortable, with furniture and facilities in good condition. The AC and fridge both worked well and weren’t noisy, and the shower was easy to control. We really enjoyed the quiet garden setting and would return when we’re in Lampang.

Everything about the hotel made me happy. The bus terminal might be a bit far to walk to, but it wasn’t a big issue. As soon as I entered the room, it smelled like fresh laundry. The sheets, towel, and even curtains looked clean and smelled nice.

The garden is a lovely little spot, the room was nice, and the water pressure was good. The bed’s quite hard, but the staff are very nice. I recommend staying here 😁
