The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are helpful with guests. It’s a basic, inexpensive motel with no particular charm, but it works for a night in Lamphun. Just expect a room with air conditioning, a shower, and a TV.

The room was clean, roomy, and reasonably priced. There’s no breakfast beyond instant coffee and crackers, though you can order food from the cafe out front or get hotpot nearby. Watch your step in the slippery bathroom.

Since arriving in Thailand on 5 Jan 2022, I’ve stayed in a lot of places, including 4-5 star hotels, and this has been the cleanest room so far 😅. It was quiet despite the main street right outside, and I slept through the night without waking up. Tony at the front desk was really friendly and helpful when he checked us in. They also had hot Milo, coffee, tea, and soya drink at reception. A great budget stay in Lamphun 📍

The shower curtain was too short to keep water in the shower area, so the bathroom floor got wet and slippery. That was especially worrying for my older family members. The towel and carpet were also very old.

The staff were fantastic and even helped me fix a flat tyre on my bicycle. The room was large, clean, and well furnished. Coffee, other hot drinks, water, and biscuits were available at reception all the time.
