We were really disappointed by the receptionist. At the lobby she seemed hostile and unfriendly, and her expression and tone made it feel like she didn’t want us there. When we asked about the rooms and breakfast, she acted annoyed and reluctant, then glared at us in a way that felt hateful. It was so unprofessional and left us flabbergasted about how she got the job. We might have stayed if she’d been friendly and professional, which makes it a real pity. I hope the manager or owner looks into it and takes action. She wore glasses and had black hair, maybe some brown, and looked middle-aged.

The towels, sheets, and pillowcases were dirty, and there was mould in the bathroom. Cables were hanging out of the walls, and the breaker tripped while I was showering. It’s a cheap hotel, and now I can see why. If we hadn’t been travelling all day, we’d have gone elsewhere.

The view from the sixth floor is outstanding. For 400b it’s a great bargain, the room was clean, and all the amenities were good.
