The room felt new, clean, and cozy, and even had a bedside lamp, a small touch that’s surprisingly hard to find around here. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and warm water, and breakfast was good enough to get the day started. Staff at the front desk were polite and spoke English well. The views are nice all around, and the little balcony works for sitting out or drying clothes. At around 800 a night, the price felt fair for the quality, comparable to a 2.5-3-star hotel in BKK that costs 2,000 or more. The one downside is there’s no smart TV, so you won’t have Netflix or YouTube. Bring your own entertainment.
