We’d called ahead to check the price. They quoted 800b per bungalow room, or 1100b if we had children. I told them I had two kids and checked that the price was okay, and they said it was. They also said we didn’t need to book in advance because there weren’t many guests and it had been quite empty since Covid. But when we arrived late, they charged us 1500b per room instead. That was really disappointing, especially since it was late and difficult to find somewhere else. Breakfast wasn’t included at that price either, just very simple bread, tea and coffee.

The restaurant food wasn’t very good, so it’s better to eat in town. Still, the staff were nice and I’d stay here again. It’s a beautiful, quiet spot on the Kok river, and the riverside bungalows give you the best experience.

This was my third visit, and it’s still my usual place to stay in town. There’s plenty of garden space, and the big dining area is a nice place to sit and take in the view. The room was clean, comfortable and nice. Quiet, peaceful and restful.

We booked a bungalow at this pleasant riverside resort, but the rooms weren’t as nice as they looked in the photos. Breakfast was just so-so, although the two desserts we got from the restaurant were good. Maybe a decent choice for a short stay.

It’s right by the Kok river, with a calm and peaceful feel. I had a wonderful stay, and the staff were both helpful and friendly.
