The pool was full of algae and unusable, which really disappointed our kids. The breakfast was badly cooked eggs made by the garden staff, and there wasn't any yoga. Instead, a big group of Thai tourists drank and sang karaoke all night just outside what was supposed to be a peaceful, tranquil resort. It's a dump with a view. Don't trust the photos on Agoda or elsewhere. They're trying to rebrand an old, musty resort without making any improvements. What a joke!

The only decent part was that they agreed to refund us after we complained. Our room hadn't been cleaned when they showed it to us, and they had to change the sheets right in front of us. They advertised yoga, detox, meditation, and healthy vegan food, but none of those were available. One of the managers or owners said he hadn't had time to update the website with the services they'd actually provide for the price we'd agreed on. That's false advertising, friends.

We booked two nights thinking it would be a peaceful retreat, but it was an old, abandoned, run-down resort. The room was dusty and dirty, and rubbish was scattered around the grounds. The staff there didn't speak English and had to call the owner to confirm our booking. He had sold us a stay with yoga, meditation, and all meals, but nothing had been arranged. We had a terrible night and left the next morning. The owner is entirely to blame. The staff on site were just doing their best with what they had, so they're not responsible.

We spent a month in Thailand, including 13 days taking part in a yoga tour with other people. It was fantastic, surrounded by nature in a peaceful setting. We learned to be more in harmony with ourselves and the world. It made for a really unique and wonderful holiday.

We only found out very late that there was no hot water. The bedding was really uncomfortable, the yard was run-down, and the pool clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time, probably because it was the off-season. It was terrible.
