Katiliya Park Villa

Katiliya Park Villa is a peaceful place surrounded by lovely nature, and we found it welcoming and well maintained. There’s a fun games room with billiards and darts beside a nice pool. Exotic birds and animals are around the property, and swans wander freely, which gives the place a magical feel. Free bicycles make it easy to explore the park at your own pace. A special spot for a relaxing nature stay, highly recommend it.

We came over from Katiliya mountain resort and spent a couple of hours here. Taking the mountain bikes around the park was peaceful and really enjoyable. We didn’t stay overnight.

The rooms are roomy, the staff are extremely nice and speak great English, and the area is quiet and relaxed. It’s budget friendly and worth a visit if you’re nearby and don’t need anything fancy. Cleanliness was okay but not especially high level. There were some spiderwebs, crumbs, and ants in the room, but it was still manageable.

We stayed in the low season and it was VERY quiet, which made this little resort a great place to unwind. The cabins are fairly new and kept clean and tidy, and the staff were great. Its park-like grounds are also a handy base for places like Doi Tung and Mae Salong. Breakfast was at the hotel up the hill; other restaurants and a 7-11 were a couple of kilometres away in the village. You’ll need a car here, and remember you’re basically in the jungle, so bugs and other creatures are around. We really enjoyed our stay.
