Our reservation was cancelled by the hotel just two days before we were due to arrive. They said it was “due to renovations,” but they’re still selling rooms for other dates, which feels dishonest. We booked our vacation well ahead of time, and now we have to find somewhere else with almost no options left, at a much higher price. They ruined our trip.

Shoaib at reception gave us the best advice and great service. Everyone was nice, too. Management, please give him a good bonus 😆 Malaysian people, come stay here, the price is good! Search Google Maps for chana hotel or diamond crown.

The hotel cancelled our booking for three rooms for six people just two days before we were due to arrive, claiming “due to renovations.” Yet they’re still selling rooms for other dates. The guest service was terrible, and they nearly left us on the street. We had to find somewhere else to stay.

The reception Thai lady wasn’t nice at all. The way guests were treated was absolutely terrible.

The room was awful, and neither the bed nor the toilet was clean. The receptionist was no good and needs to learn customer service. They only take cash, not cards, and charge an extra 30%. A poor place.
