My worst residence experience. The staff were rude, the facilities were poor, the bathroom smelled awful, and cockroaches and ants were running around in groups. The place is inside the highway. They don’t return the deposit, whatever the reason, and charged 3,500 baht out of my 10,000 baht deposit for cleaning. Staff asked for tips, and when I didn’t give them any, they shouted that I was stingy. I’ve never had a worse stay. Never use this place. There are too many fake reviews.

I don’t recommend this place, especially for foreigners. There’s no elevator, and what they say doesn’t match the truth or the original contract. The price keeps changing. Aside from the first floor, there’s no TV. Electricity starts at 8 baht per unit. Now I want to use less than 500 baht, but I’m being forced to pay the full 500. The first two times, I was asked for 1,000 baht each time. It doesn’t get any better.

I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I paid for four months, but they kept my deposit and made me pay extra for electricity and water even though I’d paid in advance. Utilities cost 3,000 baht a month. The boss seems to see tourists as nothing more than wallets. Without a bike or car, it’s even worse.

The hotel staff are rude and have no manners. If you don’t send a receipt for your water payment in time, they’re almost ready to call the police or cut off the lights or electricity.
