The location is a little far from the city, but it’s a lovely choice if you’re after nature and time outdoors. The river sounds are so calming, and the surrounding landscape is amazing. There’s a small café and restaurant nearby with delicious food and drinks. The place was clean, and both the staff and owner were kind and friendly. When Grab wasn’t available, the owner even helped us out. Go spend some relaxing time here!

This is a peaceful, family-friendly spot surrounded by nature and local culture. There aren’t many modern amenities, like a TV, but the Wi-Fi is available and there’s enough for a comfortable stay. That’s part of the appeal of stepping away from city life for a bit. It’s outside the main city, though the road from Mae Sa valley makes it accessible. Food and fruit stalls are right beside the resort, and attractions such as Maesa Waterfall, a Karen village, a Mini Bee Farm, and ATV activities are nearby. Getting a Grab can be a bit difficult, but the owner and her brother are happy to help with transport when they’re free. They may be busy with their quaint café, which has very nice coffee.

I love this place. It’s so quiet and peaceful, with a waterfall running just outside the hotel window at the back. The café, food, staff, and owner were all so friendly and kind. I’d live here for years if I could!

The staff made the stay especially easy. Everyone was kind and friendly, and their thoughtful service felt attentive without being intrusive. The room was small, but cleverly laid out and had everything I needed. It was cleaned daily and kept spotless. The setting is beautiful, downstream from Mae Sa Waterfall, with a stream passing the entrance and greenery all around. The air feels fresh and the whole place is peaceful. For the price, this is one of the best value stays I’ve had in Chiang Mai. A tip for guests: keep the doors and windows fully shut at night, including the screens, and turn off unnecessary outdoor lights. I left a patio light on one evening and thousands of tiny black flies swarmed the screen door trying to get in. It was horrifying. I hope the hotel will leave a note in the rooms about this. It was nearly a perfect stay, and the hotel offers long-term rentals too. I’m already planning to return for an extended stay on my next Chiang Mai trip. Highly recommended if you love nature and want a quiet retreat.
