The room itself had a modern, cute look, and the king bed was the best part: firm, with soft sheets and comfortable pillows. The bedroom air conditioning worked well, so sleeping was comfortable, though the living room unit never got cold. The bedroom had a desk and chair, but no TV, bedside tables, clock, or artwork, and the bedside lights didn't work. I used the desk chair as a makeshift bedside table. Storage was sparse too, with two robes, just two hangers, no dresser, and a wall unit with two cupboards and two shelves. No microwave either. The lobby looked modern, smelled pleasant, and was clean and tidy, with a contemporary atrium, water features, and a little green space. The mountain view is lovely from some rooms. The hotel is small and has a boutique feel. Service was friendly and staff tried to help, but there were very few of them, and depending on who was at the desk, communication could be difficult. Getting around was the bigger headache. It's far from downtown, with no taxis or public transit. We had to keep trying Grab, and several drivers refused or cancelled. You may struggle to get places unless you rent a car, which I wouldn't advise for a foreigner. Our advance request for early check-in through Booking.com hadn't reached the hotel, so staff knew nothing about it and had to scramble. They switched us to another room to try to get us in, but it was still a one-bedroom kitchen unit. The lift doesn't serve every floor, and ours didn't go to the lobby, so we carried luggage up two flights despite there being a lift. There's no pool, despite what some reviews say, and no laundry on site. They do advertise a pickup and drop-off laundry service. Parking is small, shared with the cafe, and seemed to have about ten spaces. This covers the main things people might want to know, and I hope it helps potential guests.

I had to come from the US to Thailand at short notice while my father was in the ICU at Narponking Hospital. Being only a short walk from the hospital made this hotel a good fit for what I needed. The staff were kind and supportive throughout. Emmy and her team found a room for my brother when he arrived a couple of days later, helped extend my stay as my father's situation changed, and arranged transportation. They also showed my brother and me how to manage day to day in Thailand. We'll always be grateful. For my circumstances, this place was perfect, and I highly recommend it.

For the price, I thought it was good. The room has been renovated and looks nice, and room service was okay. Check-in took a while, maybe because the receptionist was new, though I'm not sure. The bathroom floor seemed slippery, so I hope nobody gets hurt.

I wasn't staying here, but I needed help and have visited several times. Every receptionist was generous and willing to help. It's been a very good experience for me, and I take my hat off to them.
