Good price, and the room was clean and quiet. It had two beds, enough space for four people.

The area around the place is green and lush, and it's right in a community. Rooms are clean and spacious, the owner is friendly, and breakfast is delicious. Prices are affordable too.

Starting at 500 baht, the price is affordable. The rooms are roomy, bathrooms clean, and Wi-Fi is available. They have extra beds, mostly bamboo ones. Breakfast is delicious and filling, though the parking area is a bit cramped. I'd recommend it if you're visiting Mae Sai on a budget.

It starts at 500 baht, so the price is reasonable if you're trying to save money in Mae Sai. The room was spacious and had an extra bed, a clean bathroom, a good TV, Wi-Fi, and good parking. The air conditioning cooled well, and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.
