The entrance lane is narrow, and during rainy season the place was damp. My bedroom felt musty and damp too, with some mold on the walls and curtains. The towels had black mold and were small and thin. The atmosphere is nice, with fog, and it works for a short stay. Prices aren’t too high, and water and electricity were fine. It’s part of the same chain as Punyamantra.

The daily rate is cheap, and the woman looking after guests is friendly, speaks well, and provides good service. The inner houses still need better Wi-Fi coverage, though. The walls between the semi-detached units are thin, so you can hear people talking next door, and there’s nowhere in the room to hang towels. A few improvements would make this very good.

I left in under half an hour. The showerhead and water heater gave me an electric shock, and when I reported it, they said I was imagining it. Electricity shouldn’t be taken lightly. There was black debris all over the bathroom when I went in, so it looked unclean and not ready for guests. I wasn’t impressed.

The pillows were so high I couldn’t sleep, and I ended up folding my clothes to use instead. The air conditioner in the room I saw made a loud cracking noise. The resort feels old and stuffy. The room was as shown, so if you’re not fussy about these things, go for it.

I had a comfortable stay in the bungalow, which felt private and was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable too, and I got to enjoy the cool weather. The accommodation was decent.
