The room was very new, large, and clean, with a fridge, water heater, and hot bath. The price including tax was around B500. It’s a little far from the border, but that’s manageable: walk to the traffic light, cross the road, and wait for a song taew to the border, about B15 each way. Makro and Lotus Tesco are both within walking distance.

There’s not much good to say about this place. You’ll have a more comfortable night sleeping on the floor than in the bed. Please don’t waste your time and money booking here, though if you do, that’s your own fault.
