We stayed here for six nights and specifically asked the hostel to arrange a driver so I could reach the airport in time for my 10:15 am flight. Getting a taxi through the app was difficult, so I requested the ride for 8:00 am. They assured me the driver would come within 10 minutes, but I waited 40 minutes and no one showed. Then I found out they had canceled the booking without telling me. I missed my flight and had to scramble to find another ride. That caused a lot of unnecessary stress and put my travel plans at risk. I work in hospitality too, so I can't accept this kind of service. It's unacceptable, and I expect better from the reception staff.
