The setting is quiet and cozy, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Many are indigenous people who speak Thai, Myanmar, and English. There are also several conference rooms on the property. The rooms are spacious bungalows, with very large beds that can comfortably fit up to four guests. Some of the furnishings are older, but the rooms themselves are big. Breakfast is good, and the Myanmar food is especially delicious.

The setting is peaceful, with the house's four rooms beside the river, though you have to go a little way in. There's a pool, and you can order food from the restaurant to eat in your room. Breakfast is served in the morning, with tasty menu options, coffee, and toast. They refill things when they run out. The only noisy part was hearing the foreign staff talking rather loudly while we ate.
