I wouldn’t recommend this hostel if you’re traveling alone. It’s much too far from Chiang Mai attractions, and you can’t get there by Grab. When I arrived, nobody was there, and without their phone number I had no way to contact them. They only speak Thai…

There’s a self-service coffee corner open from 6am until noon, and the place is really great and very close to the main street. It’s also very close to Elephant Nature Park. But walking there isn’t safe because stray dogs may attack you. Don’t book without a vehicle. Rent a scooter or come by car!

I’d definitely stay here again. The price is affordable, it’s convenient for a long stay and near the market, and both the housekeeper and owner were incredibly lovely. I also felt secure with the personal entry code. The only issue was the air conditioner in room 7: it wasn’t very cool during the hot midday and was noisy, though it worked fine in the evening and at night. Replacing it would make the stay perfect.

I choose to stay here every time I come. The rooms are clean, the service is good, and I feel especially safe.
