It's good value for the money. The shower area in the toilet could use a better way to keep the wet and dry parts separate. And if breakfast can't be made better, I'd rather they didn't offer it.

The room was really clean and the price was good. It's off the main road, but the alley isn't too long, and the location shown on Google Maps is accurate.

There's secure parking, and the bed was comfortable. With the university nearby, it seems well suited to students. Sermthai Mall and street food stalls are also close.

There's plenty nearby in mahasarkham, including the uni, shopping centre, places to eat and bars. It's a great place to stay in town, though a long way from roi et airport. Good some photos somewere from that b&b..haha

Parking is plentiful, and breakfast is free from 7:00-11:00. The place is very clean and good value.
