The swimming pool looks great, and there was live Thai music late into the night that people seemed to enjoy. But those things don't make up for the problems with the room. It cost 900B for a quite "basic" room with airco and a fridge, but the fridge was so gross I didn't want to put my food in it. The balcony was even worse. The bathroom was filthy, I didn't want to touch anything, and so much was broken, including handles, locks, and walls. Wifi didn't work and they didn't care, they just sent me away. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 am. I got there at 7:05, and my breakfast, along with somebody else's, had already been cooked and left there covered. The bread wasn't toasted, the egg and saugage were cold as a fridge, and the coffee was instant in a take away cup. I wanted to complain when I left, but there was no reception, only the lady serving breakfast around. Please don't stay here, it was dirty as a ratnest.

The low prices are a plus, but the grounds look neglected, with overgrown plants and poorly kept facilities. I also had to kill two cockroaches in my room. It didn’t seem to be a particularly well-known spot nearby, and overall it’s not the best place in town.

The room had a good amount of space, though the air conditioning wasn’t very effective. There are no local shops within walking distance, and much of the surrounding area is still undeveloped.

Standards for cleanliness, upkeep, and comfort vary from person to person. You’ll have to decide for yourself whether this place meets yours.

There’s a huge amount of space here, which works well for activities.
