The room was recently remodeled and clean, with a small but useful living area in each one. It worked for the two of us and suited our needs, even though it's not near town. There's a Big C nearby, similar to 7 eleven.

The hospitality was 10/10, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Still, it's far from the center, the beds are extremely hard, like rock, and you're not allowed to use the stove even though there's a whole kitchen.

I went with my family on a weekday, on my first visit to Chaing Mai. It was a peaceful, relaxing and comfortable stay. The pool was clean and big, the room was clean and spacious, and all the equipment was neat and well cleaned. Staff were friendly, helpful and supportive. There was 24-hour security and plenty of parking. The location was okay, though a car is needed since it's about 15 minutes from the city. That wasn't a problem for us. If you want a peaceful hotel for a family holiday, I recommend it.
