I can’t understand why this hotel gets such low reviews. I had a great experience: they let me check in early, and the room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, blackout curtains, a big tub, and strong water pressure. There was nothing I didn’t like. I skipped breakfast because I get up late, but I’d still highly recommend the hotel.

The staff were genuinely warm and hospitable, and they surprised us with a complimentary cake for my daughter’s birthday, which we really appreciated. We stayed last week and had a lovely experience. Our room had a beautiful city view and a nice bathtub. Patong Beach is only a five-minute walk away, and there’s a 7-Eleven right outside.

We spent 12 days here, and the beds were really comfortable for me and my three friends. For the price, the location was perfect, with a 7-Eleven right across the street and all kinds of other shops nearby. The staff always greeted people with a smile. Honestly, it was amazing value for money. I’d book a second time, even with family.

The pool was clean and a nice spot to sit and relax, and the staff were kind, humble, and always helpful. The resort is in a great location near Patong Beach and the market area. I’d recommend getting the breakfast buffet to avoid the morning rush. There’s a wide spread with lots of choices. Highly recommend this place.

Just checked out and I’m already missing the friendly, cute staff! The hotel is about five minutes from Patong Beach and 10 minutes from Bagla Beach Road. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants nearby, plus a 7-11 right outside. It’s a lively spot with easy access to all the good places.
