The staff were unfriendly, and they tried to charge me extra over some stains on the towels. The room had water damage on the walls and ceiling, and the whole hotel smelled moldy. I got irritation in my eyes, so it felt like a health risk. Avoid this place.

The hotel grounds were pleasant, and breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, with great service. But checking in was very slow, and the receptionist told us we had to pay for breakfast even though we’d already paid in advance. The room had a kettle but no cups, spoons, tea, or coffee. Those only showed up after we called reception. Based on the service at the desk, we wouldn’t consider staying here again. There are plenty of other places to choose from.

We stayed in Thailand for 10 days, and the other hotels were good. This one was the worst, and I wouldn’t recommend it. We spent two days here, and the room had lots of insects and mosquitoes. My infant was bitten all over his body and face, which felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. They didn’t provide basics like toilet paper, water, or napkins, and when I asked, staff wanted extra cash for them. The female staff members were rude throughout our stay. At checkout on 24 November 2025, around 6 AM, the woman at reception checked our room. She found no damage but still demanded 300 baht for a small dust mark on a towel. We had to leave for the airport and asked to pay by card, but she insisted we go to an ATM and bring cash. The staff’s behavior was unacceptable, and the stay was uncomfortable. It felt like a scam.

The only thing going for this place is its location. The photos are misleading, and the resort is run down, with old, moldy furniture and broken toilets. We had lizards, ants, and biting bugs in the room, plus paper-thin walls. The staff were rude, and we had to keep asking them to clean the room and fix the toilet. Do more research before traveling to pattaya. This place was a big no for me.
